We’re proud to announce a new release of Brainloop Secure Dataroom.
This update contains the following improvements and bug fixes:
- Replaced a deprecated library used for the zip file functionality.
- Improved the Dataroom email communication so that only messages with relevant context information are sent out.
- Fixed an issue where the Brainmark version of a vote did not include the related document due to a section break in the original file.
- Fixed an issue where a document collection could not be created from resolution documents via Brainloop MeetingSuite Connect.
- For security reasons, PDF files (original and Brainmark style “Unrestricted”) are now downloaded by default instead of being opened in the same browser tab.
- Fixed an issue in the Dataroom Administration where the group description was not stored.
- Improved the handling of inactive users to include invited users that have not registered yet.
- Added the new report “Brainloop Licence Report: DRC-Units for AutoLicensing” in Application Administration to retrieve user licensing information based on ordering history.
- Implemented security-related improvements and fixes.
