We are pleased to announce the release of Brainloop MeetingSuite 2.204.15178. MeetingSuite includes MyRoom, TeamRoom, and Flows.

IMPROVEMENTS

• Introduced the policy “Automatically destroy deleted items” that improves data security by ensuring that sensitive information is retained only as long as necessary, while also optimizing storage space utilization.
  When activated, organization administrators or team data room managers can define the number of days items remain in the Deleted items folder before they are destroyed permanently. A banner in this folder informs users about the configured retention period. The additional Days remaining column shows the number of days an item can still be restored.

• Enhanced the registration process by introducing an additional PIN authentication to verify the email addresses of invitation recipients.

• Implemented further design updates, in particular, in the “Administration” and “My profile” areas.

BUG FIXES

• Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented users from editing share options for recipients.
  This problem only affected shares that were created before the introduction of organizations in MeetingSuite and that can now be edited as expected.

• Implemented security-related improvements and fixes.
