We are pleased to announce the release of Brainloop MeetingSuite 2.196.3385. MeetingSuite includes MyRoom, TeamRoom, and Flows.

IMPROVEMENTS

• Added the “Share with watermark” toggle switch in the meeting Flow configuration.
  When enabled, documents shared within a meeting can only be downloaded with watermark.

• Improved the „Search“ functionality to also include existing Flows.
  When the “Search for items by name” option is enabled in an organization’s Policies, the search now also finds already existing Flows. Before, only new Flows were found.

• Improved caching to automatically ignore outdated cache data.
  Reference: BMS-2146

BUG FIXES

• Fixed an issue where the Deleted items folder did not load correctly after deleting a lot of files from a data room.
  We have improved the logging and handling of items that caused the deletion process to get stuck.

• Fixed an issue with MeetingSuite CONNECT where in some cases a decision document could not be opened and an Error 500 code was shown.
  Reference: BMS-2347 (CSD-16533)
• Fixed an issue where generating the activity report for a data room with a large number of activities would fail.
  The report now generates successfully regardless of the size of the data room's history and the performance was improved so that large reports are generated faster.

• Fixed an issue where application Flows lost their owner after organization role changes.
  This caused internal authorization failures as well as inconsistencies in some Flows. The logic has been corrected to ensure applications continue to process normally after role updates.
