Displaying large files in the secure document viewer

The secure document viewer supports file sizes of up to 50 MB if a link to the file is sent using the Document protection option View-only access. If the file size exceeds 50 MB it is not displayed to the recipient of the link.

Display issues with unsupported embedded images in the secure document viewer

The secure document viewer supports only the file formats PNG and JPG for embedded images. If images of other file formats like GIF, BMP, EMF, or SVG are embedded in any Microsoft Office document, the viewer shows a white area instead of the image in the document.
